Kaki mix (Oyster mix) set is combination of Deep fried Oysters and Butter Sauteed Oysters with Tartar sauce at Yachiyo




Fried Oysters are crispy and juisy with enough aroma of sea.
Butter sauteed one is wild and rich
You can find them only winter season starting October till probably March.

Sablefish(Wiki) is regular menu in Kato
In Japanese, Gindara (Saikyo-Miso)



It is grilled with Saikyo-Miso (MISO)
This fish has plenty of fat and matches with Miso.
Very good with Sake, if you like.
You can find this menu all season.

Splendid Alfonsino(Wiki) is the regular menu in Takahashi
In Japanese, Kinme (Nitsuke)



It is gently boiled with Soy sauce and Sake, cooked very soft and smooth.
You can find it all season but April and May are the best season to have it
